Sensory Activity Analysis

Activity Analysis

An activity analysis is useful to show the multiple sensory and motor skills which can be targeted in single activity.  Taking time to break down an activity in this way can help in the development of both individualised and group goals.  Sensory motor targets can be included in Individualised Education Plans as they form the foundation for fine motor skills, pre-writing skills, handwriting and development of independent life skills.
